I have heard this called the gogoplata. Doesn't Nino Schembri use this move all the time?

Just so you all know what happened.

The standard gogoplata is choking the guy with the instep. This variation is kinda like the over-and-under choke, or sleeve wheel (ezekial) with the gi when using the arms. You get the gogoplata going but then use the other foot on the back of the neck and pull that one down as your shin from the other foot is pushing up.

And yes you will need extreme flexibility for this.
