I can't tell you the number of times I've been in a situation where four guys are holding all four of my limbs and I wonder to myself "gee, as impractical as it is to hold all four of my limbs instead of just kicking me on the ground, I sure wish I knew a series of techniques to slightly knock out each of these guys..."
If the guys are holding all four limbs how does the guy expect to break free from their grip in the first place? In most circumstances it's hard to break free of one man's grip, let alone four. If I yanked the guy off balance and broke his grip it's somewhat assumed that I'd use this new arm of devastation to do just as it should to everyone, there's no real technique or drill it's just "their limbs are busy holding onto yours, punch'em in the face and run" -
