Somebody give me an aspirin I just got done reading there site and I officially have a "I can't believe I read all that gay ****" headache.

This school is one of the biggest load of craptastic **** I've ever seen. You tell your friend there is not a hint of truth in the history, claims, nor reasoning behind most of the philosophies of that school. 5 animals indeed, linked with xingyi, with a Pagua symbol and direct lineage to Shaolin? Jeezus fucking christ this Shifu ought to be shot, guess where I'm going next time in Dallas?

It certainly seems to work for you. I have tried it on occasion, and still have the scars - I suspect it's lack of conditioning. Still, better than Iron Penis.
