Just browsing innocently through the Kyokushin search results on Yahoo! videos and I was suddenly attacked by this little clip:

It's on some kind of Japanese fight video website and I've got no idea what the story is behind it. Real? I'm going to assume hell no. Can anyone translate?

I tied wacthing it and it froze my Windows Media Player.So I downloaded it it start spazzing my computer.It seems act like a virus so I immeadialety deleted it.

So what was it you saw?

Street fight; multiple attackers; guy (badly acted guy perhaps) attacks the camera. Karate guy then beats them all up and police arrive instantly.

Ok on closer inspection (and not at 4 in the morning now) I'd have to be a complete ass to think for a second that that's real.

It's about two thirds of the way down the page, on the left. Sorry, I don't know what's up with the whole computer-spazzing thing. Though if my computer turns out to have a virus as we speak I suppose we know why

Ah, yes. I have seen that clip before.

Unfortunately I cannot point you to the site that I saw it (months ago) but it's a "propaganda" clip for Kyukushin.

Oh that!Yeah!I don't know what that was.Really I don't.When I saw that I assumed it was a scene for a movie.But I guess it's just a bad demo.

Ha, well damn. I still hold out hope that one day I'll stumble across a real clip of a big martial arts street fight. So far all we have is "Karateka knocks down pimp" and "Poorly trained kid pulls kung fu stance on wigger"
Hey could you explain "propaganda clip" to me sfe? And can any Japanese speakers translate this? Or if this has been discussed before then a link to that thread would do.

I used quotes around propaganda as Kyokushin in itself is not a bad thing. Just the video.

edit: HA! I thought that you were thinking the word propaganda was Japanese!! lol, I realize now that you meant the narrative in the video. My bad.
