Um...sounds like trying to adapt chi gerk (sticky legs) to grappling.
Dude show him the triangle choke is what legs are for. Use him as uke a couple of times.
Two possible outcomes- 1) he'll die
2) he'll survive, stop being a moron, and start doing **** that works.
