You know, the sad part is that those involved in those clips actually believe they are doing some good **** that works. :bduh:
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Some of the videos from that site (found on goggle video) would be hillarious if it wasn't for that fact that you can find them under "Karate Self Defense". Like this for example:

(I'm shure this one has allready been posted here somewhere). I just love how he places his hands litteraly in his armpits..

He, me and one of my friends from school do that stance sometimes when waiting for the subway or are just generally bored. I laugh every time.

I always win my arguments with my imaginary friends. Plus, the sword is too deadly to try with a real live enemy...never mind kendo. It's the perfect angle.

That man should be thrown in a ring with Gomi and left to fend for himself.

This demonstrates that full-contact sparring isn't enough to make a decent fighter, some techniques and strategies are just plain stupid.

Ah yes, I see they do the old "turn your back to your opponent" ploy...
