who said sparring for three hours straight . I said three hours spent for sparring.
I change partners take 2 or 3 minutes rest then spar again.
Umpa Lumpa or anyone if you ever come to montreal you can check out yourself (the place where I train )
Gumby the place where I train advertises three hours training but usually it goes more than that.
I again say that however intense the training is I dont sweat so much that I can escape by virtue of slipperiness.Hopefully some of you might be in Montreal so instead of tearing me apart in internet why dont you come to the place where I train you can see the truth yourself.

Don't listen to these guys sean. All these grappling types believe everyone should just train naked.

Thats one of the aspects of BJJ that I've always admired. They truly do train realistically. I cant even count the number of times Ive been out wandering around the world, and found myself in a self defense situation, while wearing nothing but my underwear.

And just FYI, did you know that BJJ is the most widely practiced MA among nudist colonies worldwide. It's true.

I read it in a book.

Does your no-gi BJJ school have a name?

My stylefield says kyokushin because I trained in kyokushin for a long time bjj is just over 8 months.

nicely informative website. I couldnt get the videos to work, but thats likely a problem with my antiquated computer.
