Are you refering to the flying armbar or the one just before i.e., Drop Ippon Seoi-Nage?

Not to be a stickler, but the throw before the flying armbar is tsurikomi goshi.... I guess that shows my judo geekdom......

But the flying armbar is sweetness.

    Coming to the mega KFJ?
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

I'm going to have to disagree. Uke clearly goes over his shoulder, i.e. Drop Ippon Seoi-nage.

    Tsurikomi is a hip throw.

Ippon seio nage has to do with letting go with one hand and going aroud the outside of the arm to complete the throw.

Tsurikomi goshi has to do with lowering the hips/ass to the middle of the opponents thighs to essentially lever him over and/or around some. It could also be called seionage but not ippon (1 length-in reference to single arm control).
