    I think it's actually for Tokyo University. My limited understanding of the Japanese pronunciation of Chinese characters tells me the characters on their gi read "todai", which is sometimes used as an abreviation for "Tokyo Daigaku".

    Could be wrong...would someone with better knowledge please chime in?
