Actually, the jujutsu guy could have out-ninjad Seago's wife by calling the cops and a lawyer, getting her ass arrested and suing the studio. Because if you're going to talk stupid **** about being always prepared and winning by any means necessary, you should be ready for someone who will actually do that, but won't be so fucking stupid as to assume that is just applies to exchanging nifty martial arts techniques.

Assuming that this is a real story, a real, win-at-any-cost "ninja" would have tapped instead of endangering herself, don't you think?

I don't believe him at all, it has all the hallmarks of a BS tale:

1. He wants to say that the blue belt was a BJJer - he makes strong hints but daren't actually specify it. Like any other art places as much significance on a blue belt grade.
2. He portrays the blue belt as a thug of sub normal intelligence, easily outwitted by his wife -that'ds designed to stereotype BJJers.
3. It fits the whole "sport grappling doesn't work on the street" argument just too neatly
4. It just sounds like a load of bollocks

In fact, number 4 is enough.

i read that too, i cant see how getting choked by a shoelace from mount works better than recieving a collar choke when your on mount (hint: it doesnt) this guy doesnt even make it hard to call bullshit

As Roly or Virus would know...if you try to strangle someone in your dojo with a ligature in Australia, they will close you down.
