Carlos “Carlinhos” Gracie Jr. will be giving a seminar at Gracie Barra Tampa on Sunday, May 28. This is your opportunity to learn from a master who has trained many of the top black belts of today.

The seminar is open to all martial artists regardless of experience, rank or affiliation.

He's doing a series of seminars all over the US (mainly the East Coast) right now, so you might want to just keep an ear out for him.

If getting down here is a concern, you might want to call Gracie Barra Orlando (http://www.marciosimas.com/) and see when Carlinhos is giving them a seminar. I'm pretty sure he's doing one up there this week as well.

I don't think there is an official length, but the last two I've gone to have been at least 3 hours.
