    Wing Chun grappling vid

you'll see that the sifu is using way too much agression on his completely compliant students, than proceed to poke at the eye etc. toward the end of the video, there is a brief clip of him grappling wing chun style...

Well, in the first part looks like he is doing "the robot" in a disco.
People often tell me that I fail to see the gravity of the situation.
I see the gravity, and I say...

Step right up folks and watch me defy gravity!

    How to Do Chi Sau

Besides being fun for children of all ages, chi sau is a good exercise for reflexes.

    Steps:

    1. Find a partner.
    2. Face each other.
    3. Have your partner hold out his or her hands, palms down.
    4. Hold out your hands, palms up, about an inch below your partner's hands.
    5. Attempt to bring your hands over and slap the tops of your partner's hands - while she tries to move them away before being slapped.
    6. Reverse roles after slapping your partner's hands three times, and begin the game again.

    Warnings:

Be careful not to slap too hard.

The aim of chi sao is to pretend to hit the other guy before the other guy pretends to hit you.
Whoever pretends to hit first, wins.
