I think it's Final Fantsy 11 your talking about. That's a whole different breed. I never touched that **** and never plan to. I do feel sorry for your friends though. I have a friend who suffers a similar fate.

We'll know the character's gender once SquareEnix releases the info. It's unknown for now.

I feel so old I miss ff1, it was by far one of the better ones.

"Bubble Bibble" was great too- If you don't know you are NOT old school. I can get older than that too....

Seriously though, all the final fantasies since 7 have looked awesome, but they all have one thing in common, they all sucked royally storywise. I reserve judgement until it comes out. I refuse to buy 12 because it too will probably be horrible and the main character is a freaking metrosexual.

BTW- watch the clip again, there was a point on her chest that looks like tits in one scene, its probably a female this time.

After seeing the main character of ff12, I would not put it past any japanese gaming company to have a male main character wearing a dress.

Bubble BOBble. That music still gets stuck in my head for days...oh, there it is now.

I miss FF3. The 8-bit one for NES. Oh, and 5. 3 & 5 are the only ones worth playing.
The first one is okay too, i guess.
