Hmmm, I kept taking Gakic, and now I'm beginning to rethink my argument.
I only do weight training twice a week, and I've been taking Gakic for a month now. During this time I've added something like 40 lbs. to my deadlift. My squat went up like 25 lbs. in two weeks. I've never had gains like this before in my training, and my mind could just be playing tricks on me, but I think the supplement is doing something.
That said, it in no way does everything it says it does. No magical immediate strength gains, or whatever. I was reading one online article a guy wrote about the product, and he said while it didn't do what it advertised, it helped him pack a tremendous amount of weight on his lifts over the course of a couple months.
Maybe it's not a total waste afterall.... maybe....
