Regarding the custom Becks, they're only available now on the resale market. Dave Beck stopped making them altogether a short time ago (and I think all of his other models) due to failing health. Pity, as I would have loved one of his Wolverine models (kind of like a MACV-SOG knife).
$350? Jeez, you could probably have one made custom for that much. Even the custom Becks went for $475. There are other makers out there, might flex Google-Fu on who's making what.
FWIW, mine saw a shitload of use as a wrecking tool in Iraq. There's just something about a medium-sized knife that chops almost as well as a full-sized hatchet... -

Now now, that was just Mick, and that was just once. Oh, well that and the time Duane tucked Standridge's D9 between his butt cheeks...so that's how they get the "Strider smell"...and hey, they already got some freebies from me, but it was in exchange for a previous hookup (MK's and a Zippo).
