I thought you were a Liberal. Haha, DU is a nutty bunch of folks. You'd definitely be welcome to participate. Like I said in another thread, if you don't take your ideas out for a spin as often as possible, they get rusty and fall apart.

I would consider myself a secular humanist, a free thinking individual, and a militant agnostic. In otherwords, I hate freedom and pie. I couldn't agree with you more, you let your ideas sit too long, they start to rot.
Also, to show my "I don't like the hippies either" side, here's one of my favorite quotes that I got from my dad, don't know where he got it from:
"It's good to have an open mind. But if your mind is too open, your brains fall out."
Hence getting banned from D.U. Thrice.

Huh, also noticed the "get rusty and fall apart" part of your metaphor. I think what you're saying is that what ideas really need is oil.
