    Bujinkan sucks.

You been doing it for a few years so you a Shodan at least maybe even a Godan.

Do you spar at your dojo?
Have you ever sparred against other styles?
    Pressure Test your techniques?
    What Shihan are you under?

    Dale Seago sucks ass.

[The rules of noobi town forbid the hexing, flaming, attacking, killing, belittiling, heckiling, smashing, trashing, enlightining, or otherwise going after the Noob. Noobie town is infact a conservatory for the noob.]

Awesome Van Donk. Home study courses, and claims to see lighting coming from Hatsumi's hands when doing techniques.

At least you spar. Ever spar outside your dojo with other styles?

have sparred with some practioners of TKD, but thats about it.

do i think im a bad ass ninja that can kill at will?
    absolutely not

i think you have me pegged all wrong here.

maybe you have run into alot of loud mouth assholes in the past, but thats not my character at all

i hope to learn from many different sources to broaden my knowledge in the arts

not just defense, but health and harmony as well

what experiences have you had, with all this negative feedback maybe there is something I should know

If you started ninjitsu because you had no real experiance with the MAs then that is fine. There may realy be a few Ninja arts that can fight for real. but the bujinkan is a whole different matter.

On the whole, the people here respect arts or "people" that train with contact and or resistance. That means that it is ok to to learn the technique on a complyant partner, but practicing it for years on a complyant partner is just LARPING (live action roll playing.) Bujinkan exels at LARPING. they mystify thier LARPING with hints of secret hand jestures that are going to make you invisible some day and give you the power of the universe.

All the while, and even with the power of the univers they cant seem to function well against a good solid art that spends time hitting and getting hit. talk of scrolls, of dicknosed demons, of transendental moments when the ki is allinged. hog and wash.

You may want to relly read what ex-bujinkan people say about the organization and the eye-opening experiance training in a real combat art has brought to them.

For the most part, Bujikna people are weekend fantasy warrioirs having seminars in stalking, and tree climbing. (fun to pretend they are secret warrioirs) But not really funtional in a subway when attacked.

Hook up with some real fighters, and try your best techniques while they are trying thiers. If it seems to be failing ime and time again, start training with them.
