Cuchulain82! Still looking for a good gym? Check out www.adamlaclair.com . I met him a couple years ago at a Tony Blauer camp and started working out with him a few months ago. He is a purple belt under Roy Harris and has a small but dedicated group in Lyndonville. BJJ, MMA, karate, SD. If you're still around check him out, he's legit, and in my opinion a better teacher than Julio in Burlington.
