If he was origami, he would be a paper tiger .
If he was a desert he would be a fruit cake.
I hear new stories about this guy all the time.. but his website says it all.
Here are some of the organizations that he's been 'qualified' by:
Jug Tai : http://members.fortunecity.com/jugtai/JugTai.htm
Canadian Jiujistu: http://www.canadianjiujitsu.com/ (I'm not sure if this is the right site because he isn't in their list of affiliated clubs)
Dragon Society : Muncy http://dragonsociety.com/index.php?t....htm&storeid=1
MoneyMaker http://dragonsociety.com/index.php?t....htm&storeid=1
International Combat Hapkido Federation : http://www.ichf.com/
Kung Fu : Alehandro Suaste http://www.alexercise.com/about.html (site says he has 22 years of martial arts now, so he would have only had about 10 when he signed that certificate in 1993 as Sijo/founder of whatever martial art it is supposed to be.)
Taiji: Erle Montague http://www.taijiworld.com/WTBA/usa.htm (certificate only says that he is a WTBA member, again I don't see him on the list) -

BS Black Arts Fiasco in London, Ontario
Many Bullshido members will be familiar with the great "Grandmaster" of the Following club: www.blackartssociety.com ..and his nefarious clan. The "Grandmaster" and his club have provided amusement for us here on a couple of occassions. The leader of this group has purchased every certificate he has and it is well known that his club is a hilarity and not to be taken seriously. JKD Chick among others here are familiar with the BS, so I am not going to waste my time detailing that, as it has been covered.
However, the past couple of weeks we had some amusing contact with the club I would like to share.
About six months ago, we had a new member join our club who, unfortunately for him, was a former student at the Black Arts Society. Naturally, when he informed us of this we proceeded to tell him that Gus was full of BS and that his club was a joke. This fellow was upset at having been taken advantage of, and after running into one of the BA members who told him that any six month student of the Black Arts Society could beat a six month student of our own here at CAACMA , he decided to take them up on it.
He returned to the Black Arts club by himself after training with us for six months and challenged some of their members to spar. One member took him up on it and he handled him quite easily. THe other members then told him that they wanted him to return the next week to spar some one else (who conveniently was not there) and the following week with someone else. One of them said he was going to come to our club and fight our senior students, and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH...
When informed of this, the rest of the club members were quite amused. However, our Sifu was not. As fighting is something he takes very seriously. We have been in this city since the sixties and have always had, and always will have, an open door policy as far as challenges go. We like to fight here at CAACMA and do not duck challenges. Irate as he was, he hoped that the "Grandmaster" or his mouthy brother would show at our club as he said he was going to.
Naturally, he did not show up. So, the next Monday we decided to have our Senior student ( fellow Bullshido member Small) accompany Wolvie to the Black Arts club for his second match with these clowns. We talked about sending more people and really stirring things up. But, in the end, we decided it was better just to have one senior and one beginner walk into the club and see if any of them wanted to spar. Sending in a bigger group would have been overkill.
Upon their arrival at the club, they found no takers, not even for Wolvie ( the beginner) and the big mouth from the week before was not even there!!
But..
THE GRANDMASTER was!! He hurriedly got on his cell phone calling all his "best students" who conveniently were not there, to come and meet the challenge. Alas, no one was able to come. The whole thing was a farce and a waste of time as nobody would step up. Not even the Great Grandmaster Gus.
Why would a supposed Grandmaster in just about every art under the sun not deal with Small in short order so as not to be embarassed by a member of another club calling him and his club out?
You be the judge.
BTW if any of the clowns from Black Arts are reading this. OUR door is always open to challenges, as it has been since the 1960's. We have nothing to prove here at CAACMA. But we do take challenges seriously. Your club is Bullshido and the sooner you find a new one, the sooner you will stop wasting your time and money. Don't shoot your mouths off unless you are prepared to back it up - in person.
Like we do." If one wants to have a friend one must also want to wage war for him: and to wage war one must be capable of being an enemy." - Fr. Nietzsche 'On The Friend' Thus Spake Zarathustra -
