I read the article and its kinda of odd in the following way.

1) No corraburrating witness
2) No sign of bruises or scratches on her. ( Usually indicated in a police report)
3) Police has yet to issue any statement to the public in regards to the perps considering the age of the victim.

Sorry this sounds like a promo stunt considering the school she came from.

No. But I am wondering why the first thing that came to your mind whilst discussing paedophilia was a preacher beating a child - I'll just assume you were in a choir when you were a child.

The girl would only needed to scream loud enough for anyone walking on the street to hear, to scare away that paedophile. One thing that really scares pedos is getting caught.
