I study Tai Chi and Hsing-I and my favorite color is blue.

Specifically, Tai Chi, Hsing-I, Bagua, Liuhopafa, to a somewhat different sort of extent stuff like aikido and systema.

I understand those are internal styles, but what does that mean?

You hit people and the bleed internally?

You throw balls of CHI?

What does that phrase mean?

Wow, I barely pay attention to the style of my outsides, and now I learn I can not only style my insides, but that other people go to internal stylists to get it done for them?

This generation gap keeps getting bigger and bigger.
