It seems to me that those tactics would work PERFECTLY,
if you were fighting someone who sidled like a ninja.
I mean HONESTLY did you even SEE the punch that he threw in the first video?

Still it is not the worst bujinkan examples I've ever seen.
I think the best of the worst was Hatsumi showing how to defend a sword thrust into your shoulder by taking the blow and holding out your sword directly infront of you in hopes that the asshole will impale himself on it. -

This is so true it's scary. Bujinkan punches are beyond a joke. Ichi monji into lunging punch. God, it brings back painful memories. Bujinkan moves work brilliantly against other Bujinkan moves...which nobody would ever use.
