I will apologize in advance if this has been posted before and just feel free to delete the thread if it has, but I watched this more than once.
I've never seen anyone move this fast in addition if you look closely it looks like the whole scene speeds up when ever he throws a punch or a kick.
Anyone else have an opinion?

Link works for me. Isn't that Tommy Carruthers? I think he may actually move that fast, not that he can do anything of merit with his speed.

Yeah, that's Tommy Caruthers, he's a JKD guy from the UK. Some people are saying he's the second coming of Bruce Lee. I'm not kidding. He's damn fast, but I'd like to see him spar or do MMA. Or hit a bag and show some power, if he has any. I've seen clips of him doing pullups and dips with three fully loaded weight vests on, so I would think he has to have some. I don't know if he has any grappling skill at all, or any weapons training. Still, he is damn fast.
