I just saw this last night, and even though I am a Silent Hill fan, I regret not waiting until it was on TV. It did have some cool parts, but for the most part I thought it sucked.

    Dear Sick ****

You should buy some Japanese games. However, if Japanese tentacle rape is not your bag, you should perhaps look into the old PC game I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, based on the Harlan Ellison shortstory. While an excellent and highly disturbing game in its own right, it is also the only video game I've seen to deal with rape in a manner so that it was central to the main story and actually added to it.

Also features cannibalism, genocide, murder, suicide, Dr. Mengele and excellent voice acting by Ellison himself.

    Dear Naive Poster,

Violence is very huge in video games. In video games there are instances of: murder, maiming, decapation, grand theft auto, torture, robbing, and many other things I can't think of right now. I asked that question because out of all the violent acts commited in video games I never really heard of rape or sexual abuse in a video game before.

I wasn't looking for sexual fetish computer games more like console games like Silent Hill.

In honor of the movie I have DL'd both SH2 and SH3. SH2 is much better the second time around when I know about wher to go and am running it through my stereo. I still wish the monsters were a bit more threatening.

Listen, people. When demons **** with you, they don't do it according to rules. They take you to places in the soul and in the world where you can't **** with them and they can just. . . play with you.

    Spoiler:

it didn't 'befriend' her you guys

it USED her to get into the church and then the outside world

The cult was RIGHT and was keeping the demon locked away in a tiny mirror silent hill

Rose was WRONG when she killed them and let the thing loose

Also lol lol it's all true lol.

I finally got a babysitter and got to see this movie.

Did it really escape since it was in the alternate / dead / WTF world?

Edit: how do you put the whole spoiler / click to highlight text?
