Demi Barbito became a streetfighter before he turned 13, growing up in the meanest streets of southern Los Angeles county. There's blood on his hands. He has the best credentials of ANY fighter I've ever met — certified personally in Brazilian Ju Jitsu by Rickson Gracie (3 years of hard- core training)... full instructor status in JKD and Filipino Kali... full certification in close- quarter handgun combat (from the TAC FIRE Institute, where all top SWAT cops learn their lethal skills) ... head instructor at a secretive "lethal force" school. Most of his clientele are high-ranking black belts, SWAT cops, Drug Enforcement agents, private club bouncers... and Level 4 prison security guards (the guys who hold the line in maximum security prisons).
is this for real? has anyone seen his videos or him going at it in rel life.....
i would like to know before i invest in his videos

That's just over the top add copy. I've read both good and bad about the man. I'm undecided at this point.

Instead of order his videos just go to some classes instead. You will get 10x more out of it.

I have trained at his place but it was weapons training which was very good.

I've corresponded with the man, and I don't THINK he belives his own press. AT least he didn't, that might have changed. I do think he's a pretty skilled martial artist, but that's basically uninformed opinion.

You can only learn so much from a DVD.... Look for a reputable training site and take some classes like someone else said - even if you have to drive a bit, it would be a much better way to spend your money.
