    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Guilty for something I didn't do.

Have you ever felt guilty for something you didn't do?

    The reason I ask is this;
For those of you who have read some of my "what are you listening to right now" posts will know that I work in a large office with a "human budgie".

This guy squeaks and squawks and make high pitched cartoon sounds all day. He talks to himself in a high pitched voice and make grunting sounds for no apparent reason.

He was in motorcycle wreck a few years back and he was in a coma, then a wheel chair, then a walker. He was starting to use crutches, but he was very unsteady and doesn't use good judgment and so this weekend he fell and broke his hip.

Most days that I am here at work I have my headphones on with music blasting to drowned out the cacophony of noise coming from him.

Well, he is in the hospital, and he will not be able to make it up the stairs for the foreseeable future, and I am glad.

I feel guilty for being glad, but I am glad anyway.

Do any of you have a similar story of some one who annoys you, but then when something happens to them you feel guilty?

p.s. he is also a biker fundy :biblethum

How do such beings come into existence?

    People are fascinating.

Regardless, you don't need to feel any guilt unless you're the one who broke his hip.

there is this little boy in the TKD class that i teach. is an anoying little ****, never listens. his mom put him in class so she can have a break from his ADHD. anyways, we were playing dodgeball, hand one of the older kids whacks the **** out of him right in the face with a big red foursqaure ball.

It felt damn good inside. but, i never really felt bad for the bugar, even if he did get really hurt.
*I still played mr. instructor and asked him if he was ok etc.

    I know I shouldn't but I do a little anyway.

I told my wife he broke his hip and the first thing she asked was "Did you kick him down the stairs?"

Just after I stopped going to my TKD mcdojo I felt guilty. I don't know why, it kind of felt like I had done something bad.
But after a few weeks I didn't give a ****, and I was glad I stopped because I saved money, and didn't have to learn or practise shitty shitty forms. YAY!

And a biker fundy? isn't that impossible, kind of like a pirate ninja?

I have to admit though it sure is nice and quite in here. No cartoon sounds, no grunts... kind of nice not having music blasting in my ears.

I hate to derail this thread, but... ladies and gentlemen, i give you my brother:

Biker, fundie and radical right republican

M Ketchens: Reagan was the best pres we ever had

M Ketchens: Could you imagine if gore was in office after 9-11

    chris_ketchens: well, gore's a pretty smart guy.

chris_ketchens: the man has no ability to get people to like him

chris_ketchens: he always comes off kinda like a dry jerk

chris_ketchens: personally, i don't like him for president

chris_ketchens: but, geez louise, bush has made some crazy decisions and i wouldn't dislike him so much if he were actually honest about his reasoning, but he never comes clean.

M Ketchens: He also wanted to make firearms illegal, and he was pro choice

chris_ketchens: well, all democrat's usually tout gun control, but no one ever moves on it in congress or makes any really significant headway.

chris_ketchens: it would never pass the senate anyway.

M Ketchens: Over my dead body....lol

chris_ketchens: our current gun control laws aren't really that strict anyway

M Ketchens: we dont need more laws, we need to enforce the ones we have

chris_ketchens: but, strict enough to keep gun sales out of the hands of felon's

chris_ketchens: yeah, i'm with you on that one

M Ketchens: more laws only hinders the honest gun owner, not the criminal. do you think a criminal is going to obey a gun law?

chris_ketchens: personally, i'd like to tone up the gun control laws for higher penalties for violent crimes and cut down on laws like marijuana possession

    chris_ketchens: of course not

M Ketchens: gotta pack my lunch, exuse me for not getting back right away

chris_ketchens: but, that doesn't mean i want law abiding citizens to own AK-47 fully automatics by way of buying them at walmart either

chris_ketchens: i think stealing a gun should carry a much stiffer penalty

chris_ketchens: i think, threatening someone with a gun should carry a mandatory 2 year sentence

chris_ketchens: unless it's justifiable in the realm of self defence

chris_ketchens: i'm not at all for gun bans, hell, i used to sell rifles when i lived in california, but, i think we shoud crack down on violent offenders and illegal weapon owners

chris_ketchens: by illegal weapon owners i mean, stolen and removed serials specifically

M Ketchens: I do not feel that I should NOT be allowed to own an AK-47 when I like semi and fully autmatic firearms. The constitution says I have the right to bear firearms. So if we the people feel that the goverment is overstepping thier bounds we can put them back into place. We cant do that if all we have is shotguns and deer rifles when the goverment is using tear gas tanks and flame throwers on innocent women and children.

M Ketchens: high powered .308 sniper riflles used by police on a woman holding a 6 month old child
    ..............................
At this point he logged off.

My brother rides a harley to work and is a fundie, believe it or not though, my other brother is far far worse. I actually like this one. It should be noted that he's broken the law more times consciously than I think I would in my entire life if I lived to be about 2000 years old. He's also admitting to doing over 1000 hits of acid. Which makes his political and religous stance even more enlightening.

    Side note:

I've actually been thinking about inviting the other brother onto this board so you can see the terrible might of the brother's ketchens combined, or rather at each other's e-throats perpetually because the only thing we are good at doing is getting pissed off and arguing with everyone... but then I think, nah, i just don't think i could deal with that on a daily basis.
