    Britards and their rifles

Now I just gonna find me some Boers to shoot. :qleft5:

As far as I'm concerned, curious and relics are a steal. Metal and wood. You just don't find that anymore for such low, low prices.

Hell, you can even find C&R 1911s and Hi Powers.

Go forth, tightwads and get some firepower.

Idiot posts will not be tolerated in the armory.

As far as I am concerned, Keinhaar provided a great way to purchase firearms for less.

Keep your assinine comment to yourself or your posts will be changed for you.

Somehow, I think it's a reference to the British. But if we're such 'Brit-Tards', why does he want to buy a .303 Lee Enfield?

*searches site for a cheap 1890-era Maxim Gun. Is sorely disappointed to find none.*

I took the Britard thing in the context that they tried to outlaw pointy kitchen knives, and have already outlawed most firearms.

Is that the pun he was talking about?

I thought he was talking to my reference of them being a "steal" and then talking about good metallurgy.

Or that he knew I also enjoy boar hunting (boer).

Regardless, I DO have this rifle and it's SWEET. And the Britard thing was sorta tongue-in-cheek. Britain used to be pretty bad ass. It's a shame their own people can't even own their own surplus weaponry.

Ah! Joke now understood and appreciated. I used to live near the factory where they made those guns. Afghans apparently still use them and even Martini Henries (as seen in Zulu), they're so well made. It's odd we now make utter **** like the SA80.

And speaking of self-defence, here's who to blame in the UK if you get done for beating up a burglar. He's a tosser, as are most people in the Labour party, but that goes without saying.

My Enfield has a detachable 10 round magazine, to boot. Rather ahead of it's time.
