Mayweather defeats Judah, RIOT nearly breaks out!

    Mayweather defeats Judah!
By Mike Sloan, Victor Perea and Albert Howell at ringside
Floyd Mayweather (36-0, 24 KOs) scored a twelve round unanimous decision over Zab Judah (36-4, 24 KOs) to claim Judah's IBF welterweight championship Saturday night at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Judah got off to a good start over the first four rounds, but by round five Mayweather began to solve Judah's southpaw style. Mayweather's fast combinations bloodied Judah's nose and mouth in the seventh as he began to dominate. In round ten, Judah hit Floyd with a low blow followed up by a shot to the back of Floyd's head, prompting Floyd's trainer Roger Mayweather to enter the ring starting a melee that brought members of both corners into the ring. Roger Mayweather was ejected from ringside for the infraction. Not a lot of acton in the last two rounds. The bout ended with Mayweather taunting Judah. Scores were 116-112, 117-111, 119-109.

Decent fight, Mayweather was just a smarter and better schooled fighter. The near riot in the 11th round was crazy.

yes it was in the 10th, I'm very drunk so don't mind me. Diaz-Cotto fight was an entertaining scrap. Chavez jr. KO'ed a can as usual, Arce-Alvarez was good while it lasted.

SPOILER IN TITLE MUCH APPRECIATED BY THOSE OF US OUT COMPETING THAT WERE GOING TO WATCH IT LATER
There's no choice but to confront you, to engage you, to erase you. I've gone to great lengths to expand my threshold of pain. I will use my mistakes against you. There's no other choice.

Spoilers are for people that haven't seen it yet. It was broadcast in the US YESTERDAY, while I had a pan-am medalist demonstrating too me he didn't even have to try that hard to clown me... The entire point of my post was that I hadn't watched it yet, using the Power of Media to delay my viewing slightly, and it was in fact, spoiled for me by reading the results.

Now if I was like, "OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE THAT ITS A DUDE AT THE END OF THE CRYING GAME KILL HIM BEFORE HE USES THE STARGATE TO ENSLAVE EARTH"

    You might have a point.

    NSAC withholds fighters' purses!
    By Mike Sloan

The purses of both Floyd Mayweather and Zab Judah have been withheld by the Nevada State Athletic Commission until a review of the tenth round near riot is made....Trainer Roger Mayweather has been placed on indefinite suspension for entering the ring.....15 minutes after the fight promoter Don King was still arguing with officials that Mayweather should have been disqualified when Roger Mayweather entered the ring. However, with thousands of winning betting tickets already cashed, don't expect the Nevada Commission to change the result now. (Photo: Chris Cozzone)

Roger Mayweather's pants were damn near pulled allt he way off with his ass sticking out during the mayhem. It had to be the funniest thing I have ever seen occur during a fight.
