    Hell yeah! Hell no!

What are you think Shamrock????? *Wrong forum - GG

I'm sure most of you all watched the opening episode of UF -3 last night. What the **** was Shamrock thinking? NO GRAPPLING COACH!!!!!!

"I don't know any jujitsu....I'm a ground and pound leg lock guy"

WFT!!! Instead he brings his meat head nutritionist.

The Redhead fighter asked a great question after the meat head said....

"you have to treat yer bodies like race cars and eat lots of protein, steaks and chicken, to heal the torn muscles you suffer from the training"

to which the Redhead guy say....

"OK, well, since I now weight about 200lbs and have to fight in the middleweight division, is it really smart for me to be stuffing myself with excess protein when I have to drop 15lbs before my fight?"

    to which Meathead says.....

    "ahhhhhhhhh.....derrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

again, what the **** is Shamrock thinking?

I was thinking the exact same thing. WTF indeed. I don't know how much of this was edited to make it look like Shamrock doesn't know what he's doing. But if he really didn't bring a submission coach, that's waaaay f*ucked up. The bodybuilding nutritionist, I actually agreed with. But then again, I don't know anything about how to train combat athletes, either.

    Still, no submission coach?!

I nodded off during the opening of the fight. Who won the final bout last night? Shamrock's kid or Tito's boxer? How did it end?

You have to put a pic of you in leather with a big sing saying "I'm homo" as a price to know what exactly happened :5dunce:

... jk... Kaleb (Shamrock's guy) won over Tito's guy. Tito's guy was the kid from NY (the one Tito selected just before Shamrock selected the redhead moron, Ed Herman.)

Tito's guy had great hands, but no ground game, whereas Kaleb has years of experience in grappling. Tito's guy tried to pull guard, got mounted and pounded until Big John stopped the fight - finito.

Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

What are gunna do? I are so hungery!

People often tell me that I fail to see the gravity of the situation.
I see the gravity, and I say...

Step right up folks and watch me defy gravity!
