You'd have to become a machine gun dealer or manufacturer to get one of those in F/A if you're not military or LEO. If it's new I can only assume that it was not made before 1986 and the only civilian legal machine guns were made before 1986.
It is a really sweet looking weapon though. A semi auto version would be cool...Maybe some day. -

Not exactly what i said.... YOU will waste ammo, if you are trained to shoot FA you are fine in my book. However anyone who has to ask if a modern civilian fire are is FA then.........
