man i trained with Ricardo Liborio on Monday night, he had a seminar and some of the stuff he showed was unreal.....was well worth going to and im glad i did..some instant improvements.

Gary mate whats the craic? Leo here from Kokoro, any chance you could do a quick recap of what he covered on monday and how it's affected your training?

tbh i couldnt realy, it was a 3 hr session where we done ALOT, as regards to affecting my training - alot of things he covered where things i use so technique has improved 10fold, would love to train under him again any day!!! anyone in Dublin who missed this should regret not attending.
