I think we need to spend less time worrying about the Kyuktooki vs. TKD vs. Muay Thai debate (because we all know Kyuktooki is superior).

What is far more important, far more worthy of demanding our complete and utter concentration, and overall, just a better use of YouTube is this.

    Sanda...nunchaku action...and boobs...thank God for old school M-Pop.

    Coco Lee FTW!

Mmmm that video was impressive and awesome on so many levels. Everything you said and I found it freaking impressive and awesome that the english part was so well done. I love that video. Coco Lee FTW x2, I say!

Did I mention that it was impressive and awesome?

Kyuktooki vs Muay Thai vs TKD is a lost cause. All can be (or are) good, it depends on training methods. Know where people come from when bashing and all that.

What made you decide to take vows?

People on this board need to give up defending Taekwondo. I have more invested in the system than anyone else here, with the possible exception of Lord Asia (Long may he, 5th Dan in WTF Taekwondo, reign. So if I don't think there's a point defending it, then n00bs better recognize.

    Respect, bitches!

Lots of different factors. I've been studying under a Sun (Korean Chan) master for a while now. I'm only taking the 5 lay vows, I don't think I could handle being a monastic, as the immeasurable evidence on this thread of my love for women suggests.

I guess there's a lot of different factors to they why...but I could sum it up by saying I feel more myself when I'm practicing.

I sold it out to JMA when I learned that Yudo was Judo with Korean names =P at age of 14. Although I regret not doing TKD instead of Yudo for chicks =(

Hey, right there with ya, bro, I do Korean Karate!

One of these days I'll actually learn Taegyun so I can say I really do KMA.

Now, I just have to settle for half-assed Ssireum.

That is pretty awesome. She really knows how to do her thing. :) And ya I agree with the whole people defending taekwondo thing.
By the way, nice choice for the style field entry. Telling it like it is... that's cool.

Do we have any actual Taegyun stylists with some years below their belt here? I always wondered about their kicks. Their kicks look like whipping circular motion most of time and if they really do bi heng gak 비행각? techniques. Also heard that they focus more on evasion techniques for defense rather than offensive? One thing I kno fo sho is Taegyun peeps use Ee ku 이크 instead of kiaaa!

Once u learn Taegyun and done with Ssirum, that's pretty much all of original KMA =P I mean everything else is just koreanized or copied from JMA or CMA.
