The God of Fists Mas Oyama loses to Tai Chi Master
Here is an article describing Mas Oyama's defeat by a Tai Chi master. I like the part where it says only 1 in 10,000 practioners can use Tai chi to it's full potential.

Well I know exactly 9,999 fuckers, and not one of them knows Tai Chi.
"after he defeated the formidable Muaythai figher 'Black Cobra' in Thailand, he travelled to Hong Kong to meet a certain Mr Chen, a man rumoured to be a great Taiji master."
lame: "From then on, after his return to Japan, Kyokushin Karate was known to reveal a certain Taiji flavour in its form & techniques."
Dude are you saying Enshin Karate is lame?

I'm saying its lame they try to detect any Taiji flavor therein.

I can believe it because I know in my heart the only thing worse then kung fu is karate.
"The art of Taiji is a paradox for Chinese Martial Science. Afterall, it is something invented by an Immortal"
"Another famous Shotokan Karate master, who is also dead now, once remarked to his student that,"Taiji is a very powerful art, but it is an art for superhumans. For us ordinary humans it is better to stick to Karate.""
","These tears are not tears shed for losing; they are tears of appreciation. Appreciation that my Karate still has an infinite amount of space to grow. It is a space that is opened up by none other than the chinese martial art called Taiji"."
--Yeah, that sounds JUST LIKE a verbatim quote from Mas Oyama
