    A good Muay Thai book?

I want to start Muay Thai again and would like to get a book for reference.

Can anyone recommend a good book about Muay Thai, that covers the basics as well as the more advanced stuff and some tactics for godd measure?

I have "muay thai kickboxing- the ultimate guide to conditioning, triaining and fighting" I think it is a gd book.

More important however is to get a gd trainer and gym

yeah I totally agree about the goo trainer, I did have a good trainer previously only studies cash flow and a couple of injuries kinda got in the way

Looks like a pretty good book, but what about some advanced techniques?

There's a decent PDF book on muay-thai that's been kicking around the net for a while.

I have a copy but I think 7mb is a bit big to put on the forums so it's on my googlepages site. Get it soon cause I'm pretty sure you don't get much free bandwith.

You can't make people smarter. You can expose them to information, but your responsibility stops there.

There is an excellent book that I got in Thailand but can't remember the name right now. I'll check when I get home for you, it's available in the UK and US as far as I know.
