    You're just full of hate.
Martial arts are about making friends and having fun. Sounds to me like you need Jesus in your life!

Martial arts are about going to a tidy store in a strip mall, and listening to a man wearing white jammies and a embroidered belt who thinks he's god. Then we all drink the delicious coolaid afterwards!

Martial arts are about leaving greasy punks bleeding in gutters without thinking twice about it, not groovy hippy love. Screw you female dogs!

    Please take that language elsewhere.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

    SFGOON,

You are not understanding what I've worked on for years here. TMA is about building ones character more than actually fighting. Spiritual and moral development is more important the physical combative skills. Hopefully one day you will be enlightened enough to see this.

You can't practice Judo just to win a Judo Match! You practice so that no matter what happens, you can win using Judo!

Hopefully, this means the throwdown rules will get a much needed revision, as well.
    Throwdown Equipment requirements:

    Clean Gi
Belt or Belts in styles you represent
    All necessary Black Belt Certificates
Musical Accompaniment for all Kata you plan on performing

And most importantly: Team Spirit and Can Do Attitude
