Body weight nuts are out of control.
I just saw this on the other forum and had to post it. There is a crazy revolution of body weight fanats.
Furey started this, Pavel picked it up and now a bunch of other:5propelle have it on their ways. Kubrik among many.
Look at these two clowns.
IT's eather they really believe in it or more likely like furey are out to make a quick buck.

I prefer doing kung fu forms and body weight excersizes to free weights and machines any day. The books look like a waste of money to me. You don't need to buy a book for this stuff do you? Just doing exercises like these has got to be unfulfilling. I could be wrong, I don't know but that is what it looks like to me. BTW I am also pretty skeptical of the effectiveness in gulping down all the supplements like creatine and hormones and stuff.

Here's a little snippet on exercise that I find tremendously useful:
Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

and what? plenty of people use bodyweight exercises. most of my routine is bodyweight, plyometrics etc.
hell up until fairly recently it was taboo for boxers to use weights. go to thailand and its the same deal, they just dont bother. but when it comes to throwing down they can still knock people the **** out-
i read somewhere that moe can bench something like 200kg. maybe he should have spent that time learning how to fight instead so he didnt get knocked the **** out by a crazy little asian guy half his size.

Those guys have insane core strength though. They don't need to bench press, their game wouldn't benefit from it anyway.
Actually, been meaning to ask. Anyone know any good core excerises, like those janda sit ups posted a while back? I'm getting bored of twisting crunches and dorsal raises.
