He is the real deal, has fought as an amatuer boxer (and MT?) and presently trains MMA fighters in SA. He was associated with the SBG, but has gone out on his own. On his videos you'll see him sparring, training MT in Thailand, and some of his students winning NHB events, so you can judge for yourself. IMO he's taken something that is fairly intuitive -- Rickson was teaching the same basic idea years and years ago as a means to getting the clinch and Rampage appears to use something very similar as his main striking defense -- but has put in a lot of work and developed it.

She was/is georgeous.
That was 20 years ago. Now she has 3 kids, and I have not seen her, but I have seen pictures, and she still looks good.
This is her at age 43 with three kids.

I can assure you she aged much better than I did!
