Did anyone else notice that he sped up his focus mit work in the one-inch video? This guy makes me wanna put JKD back in my style field, despite the fact that I've finally found a place where I'd be rightly ridiculed for doing so.

Oh, and wear a yellow striped track suit. Can't beat that track suit.

I dunno, i've gotta say it was pretty sweet to hear the Jap announcer saying "Afuro Heea". The Fro was pretty goddamn cool. I mean, come on, when was the last time you saw a tardhat walk into the ring with hair like that?

I wish I could get the web site to load up. I want to see more of this truly special individual. Did he have to say that he was from Detroit though? Damn.

I assume that's why he didn't get in too close on "Mr. Lame of Death".
I was thinking along the same lines. The guy looked like he had no idea how to use his hands. He got all of his stances from watching game of death. Even if the MT fighter wasn't that good with his hands, he had to have been light years better than the idiot.

i have the kid yamamoto fight on DVD. what a joke.

as far as why the MT fighter didn't close and take him out... maybe he was told to not make it too quick of a fight. japanese audiences love a spectacle.

The "MT fighter" is Kid Yamamoto. One of the best MMA lightweights around, golden boy of K-1's MMA events.

He could probably outstrike some of the best strikers on this board, let alone that guy.

I'd really like to see him fight a standup only match with Buakaw.
