    This is such an thoughtless comment. Of course this is a lame method of training if you don't do it the way you're meant to, that's why non-contact sparring sucks, does that mean sparring sucks?... I don't think so

    Yay! Just got a iron bar for some pull/chin ups in my home.
    Building my way in...

    But heavy bags are fucking expensive, and also it's not like I have lots of space for a large bag; small bags are for pussies.
