    The first technique can be insanely painful if done 1) quickly 2) hard and 3) correctly. Saddly the BB in the picture is getting an 0 for 3.

    As for the last picture, this is the ancient art of chinese massage. You start with the calf and work your way up to a happy ending.

    I used to do Chin Na/Kung Fu. Looking back now, most techniques were a bit far fetched to execute in any sort of real combat situation, but at least that stuff had you move away from the free arm and force them face down onto the ground... standing there Segal style is just silly though.
