    Eh, like a lot of stuff tai chi has its useful points and its not so useful points (though I do agree the not so useful tend to outway the useful here).

    I think Tai Chi is as useful a system as you could ask for.

    I also think that the way most Tai Chi practitioners train is pure bullshido...

    Then again, isn't that the problem with most styles/systems/schools?

    You really don't think so? I just see a lot of people halfassedly training. I think just about any system could work if you were dedicated and trained hard.

    As a grappler i wasn't wowed but I have never taken part any sort of jacketed wrestling so....I would have tried to get deep underhooks and gone for high crotch takedowns and arm drags. I'm not sure if thats entirely possible under their ruleset however.

    Guy in red did prove to have a good base and semmed to have decent sensititvity. Interesting to see at least.
