Why "ninjitsu"? Are you fucking ten years old?
Are you having flashbacks to the 80's?
    What's your major malfunction, over?

What do you want to get out of training? There are options, "ninjitsu" is not one of them.

    Because Ninjas are cool duh.

Is there is a real reason you want to do train in Ninjutsu? or is simply cause Ninjutsu looks cool (from movies and ****). You understand what most people teach as Ninjutsu is really Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jujutsu (Japanese Jujutsu) with a bit of Togakure Ryu Ninpo thrown in for the Ninja feeling.

Okay killerknives I won't bullshit you or insult you.

    I'll just set things straight.

If its Ninjustu specifically you want find a dojo which teaches the style of Bujinkan or Genbukan. Those two styles are legitimate forms of ninjustu as recoginsed by the Japanses government.

But many people on Bullshido.com, like myself have trained in Bujinkan and I can tell you: keep away from it. Unless you find a really good dojo. The reason I say this is that the system has alot of problems because of the way its run in Japan. Thats is there is no quality control and alot of Bujinkan schools don't do much sparring, randori, free practice fighting, you know what I mean yes ?

If you want to learn how to fight, pick an art that trains fighters. Thats boxing,kickboxing/Muay Thai, Kyokushin (or another full contact karate style),Judo, wrestling,BJJ,san shou, even a good Hapkido school that does lots of sparring is worth checking out.

As a rule of thumb if they train hard and do hard contact fighting, its good.

Im not currently mindset on anything (ninjitsu was the first thing that came to mind because I know someone practicing in it), but does anyone know of good dojos in my area? Because I can't choose a martial art without having a good place to train in it
