    Yeah well that is true. However i do have some basics in kung fu and before i can start to learn hung gar properly i need to build up basic hung gar skills, which means i have to be able to perform basic movements and do 200 pushups. I am working towards this but for now...

    it's just a plain video of pivoting on the axis to avoid a hit.
    it not really wingchun or centerline theory..

    the guy's stance is not even a wingchun stance.
    centerline theory to about protecting and attacking simultaneously while minimizing the exposure of your vital target areas and maximizing the opponent distance of attack to your vital area.

    200 pushups before you can start training hung gar? Ten bucks says half your class will have gunts and will start panting while doing their stretches.
