Why would a fan of Bullshido care about abrasive writing style?

I was full of faux-righteous indignation about your site long before I registered at Bullshido. Some of the old articles you took down in the later months of your original site's existence were still pretty bad in terms of writing style. It wasn't so much the tone itself, but the fact that you tended to bury your point while mocking the clueless gaijins.
