That about sums it up. They aren't making any grand claims or anything so what's the problem?

It DOES look like a lot of fun. I don't know that it would do much for your skill, but as a toy, it seems pretty cool.
In fact, I just may try to make my own. I was gonna hit up the junkyard this weekend, anyway. It shouldn't be tough to improvise the frame. Foam padding and duct tape over a fiberglass rod should do nicely for the arm attachments.
Any ideas for the striking pads?

I agree, it's more a toy than a hugely useful training tool, though it'd be good for kick precision....
for the stiking pads how about a yellow pages with some hard foam over, covered with something, duct tape maybe?
