I find it HILARIOUS how Forrest Griffon (sp?) endorses Xyience as if it were the secret to his success, even though in an interview in TUF he said that he was living in his coach's living room he was so poor.

I'm not saying he's bad for doing it, I'm saying the Xyience people and anybody who buys it because of Forrest is a fucking dumbass.

Do those three really get paid more than Fedor/Crocop/Silva/Bob Sapp? Because apparently those guys, especially Sapp, make a fucking killing doing endorsements that aren't even remotely related to MMA.

Knightmare might be right but the general rule stands true: Pride pays more, better exposure, better talent pool, and there's no fucking way Fedor's going to move to the UFC when he's got such a sweet deal over in Japan just to start from ground up in a shittier organisation.

Knightmare is an idiot, plain and simple, and completely wrong.

As for Xyience...I don't know why everybody hates on it. They're using EXACTLY the same promotion methods as EVERY COMPANY ON EARTH, and the product AT LEAST ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING. That doesn't mean it's better than other supplement brands, but at least it's a fucking supplement and not Coke or Pepsi.

Now, that's almost as sad as believing that the UFC is as big, pays as much, or has as good fighters as Pride.

And they pay fighters to endorse it. I personally don't use any supplements other than a multivitamin, but I at least appreciate the fact that they offer fighters healthy endorsement contracts.

I don't hate the product so much as I am nauseated by the stupid, contrived name and the thought of bilking millions of starry-eyed kids out of their hard-earned money for an over-priced, over-rated product that has Chuck Liddell hitting a heavy bag in the middle of what appears to be a strip-mining operation.

I hate it because they say "brought to you by Xyience" after every single solid strike in teh UFC.

They'll be like...
"Ooh, big right hand!"
"...brought to you by Xyience. Extreme suppliments for extreme results!"
