    Way to go Emerill.

    WTF is it?

    edit: sexcellent. nice.

edit: Macaroni & cheese is for idiots. I mean, I can make it taste good, but in order to do so, i'd have to spend about as much money as it costs to buy like, y'know....real food. Honestly, I just get take out. I'm so lazy.

I prefer to use tempura in fish. It gives chicken a weird taste.

I used the tempura batter, mixed it with pepper, garlic salt, and powdered parmesan. Didn't add any water, just covered the chicken in it, then browned the chicken in the pan.

Then covered chicken with tomato sauce, mozzerella, grated parmesan, and baked in the oven @ 400 for 10 minutes.

    Serve over pasta~

The trick is just following a recipe to the word the first 10 or so things you make, assuming they come out well. After that, you can just kind of make it up as you go along once you know how to generally prepare food and make it taste good.

I tried to make baked chicken one day, like on one of those threads in the Health forum. The recipe was: Take the chicken, put some lemon, oregano, and other stuff on it, and bake it for 10 minutes.

It took me well over an hour. Although, half an hour was spent defrosting it. The next half was me cutting chicken. I realized that that was the first time I have ever touched raw chicken. It was horrible. I didn't know what to cut off, what to keep. Then, when I was baking it, I had no idea whether it was done or not. But when I did finally eat it, it tasted good. :icon_bigg

I ended up being late for work and blamed it on bad traffic hahahah!
