You can only neg/pos rep in certain sections... the "funny" or at least less serious ones.
I suggest you make note of the offending bjjer and frag him if he posts in YMAS, LLL etc, if you really need revenge :-)

Also, I think there have been headgear discussions in Strikeistan (which has the added advantage of not being cool enough for the cool grappling kids).

that headgear is very nice, but i don't like the lack of chin protection very much... babo78 had one at the last couple of nyc throwdowns and he was complaining that it moves around a lot as well.

it's tough to get a decent price on headgear, i ended up buying them from a local muay thai coach i know who had them made to his specs in pakistan. i can manage to sell them in my school for $50 and they are full face, quality headgear, but i only make a couple bucks each, so the price isn't that great.

you might want to talk with the guys at honda martial arts supply in nyc http://www.hondamartialarts.com i know they carry a lot of different stuff and can even get custom stuff made.

fairtex makes really nice headgear, and i'm not sure if they have a wholesaler program, but theirs are very expensive, you might as well just make your students order their own fight gear ones.

Or simply be very honest and state that this is the best you could find, and you are not making a dime on it.

Somethings like parachutes and condoms, you do not want cheap generics. . . .
