"Hey! Stop that! That's mildly annoying!"

'The fan is an accoutrement of elegance and sophistication, but in the hands of a master, it's a deadly weapon. Fighting fans have metal spokes that open with a terrifying crack.'

    Yeah......right.:bs:

So I get from this post that because several people have no clue how to use a certain weapon, that they must be crap?

I'm guessing that you guys would kill yourselves trying to operate a nuclear submarine, but that doesn't make it a bad weapon.

If a weapon is crap, at least come up with a better reason than, "I hurt myself trying to use one."
Most of the weapons on the list are fucking stupid.
Why in the hell would you use a weapon that is difficult to learn how to use and is unweildly, if you want to fight? It is much more sensible to use an all round efficient weapon that is easy to learn to use and to handle.
I would much rather use two sticks than two sticks joined together by a chain. How about you?

By the way, sfe, where did you get that avatar? It's fucking funny!

    Thanks!

Got it out of one of the local weeklies in Seattle, The Stranger http://www.thestranger.com/seattle/Home to be specific. VERY liberal paper if you couldn't guess from my avatar.

The pick was used with the caption "Head of State" in their movie section, referring to the movie of the same title from a couple years ago... Unfortunately they don't print many funny pics with the name of movies very often anymore.

So's a hammer. Or a FatMax Xtreme Fubar in this case...

This hammer made me think of a sister thread to the crappiest weapons, best improvised weapons! http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...163#post946163

Ya know, I've never thought about the idea of a Klingon carpenter before... but they must exist (in the star trek universe of course).
