    In rugby the main things people do to avoid colis are taping their ears (maybe abit of bandage or something and wrapping duct tape around it or wearing head gear. The head gear kinda keeps your ears tucked and reduces abit of friction. I doubt it would be as good as those ear guars but to me it seems alot more practical.
